“Giving thanks for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;” Ephesians 5:20
If there is a month that really signals the kickoff of the holiday season, it’s got to be November. Soon family and friends will gather to celebrate Thanksgiving Day and slow down for just a moment perhaps to express their gratefulness for the people and things that help make life more enjoyable. The Apostle Paul admonishes the Church to be thankful for “all things”because this is the will of God for those who know who holds the future, seeing He has promised to work “all things” together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
